Radius Mini Urchin Lav windshield, White (Single)

Professional Wind Protection for Sub-Miniature Lavaliers

The Radius Mini Urchin White is a high-performance, ultra-compact windshield designed specifically for sub-miniature lavalier microphones. Measuring just 25mm in diameter, this synthetic-fur cover provides exceptional wind noise reduction while remaining virtually invisible on camera. The white finish is the ideal choice for blending into light-colored clothing, bridal wear, or pale studio environments.

Secure Fit and Versatile Application

Each Mini Urchin features an integrated blue retaining strap, ensuring the windshield stays firmly attached to the microphone capsule during active movement. Beyond wind protection, the soft synthetic fur acts as a buffer to significantly reduce fabric rustle when microphones are concealed under clothing. It is an essential tool for location sound mixers, videographers, and broadcast professionals working in challenging acoustic conditions.

Broad Compatibility

Designed for microphones with a diameter of 2-4mm, the Mini Urchin is compatible with industry-standard models, including:

• DPA 6060
• Countryman B6
• Sanken COS-11
• Deity W.Lav Pro
• Sennheiser MKE 1
