The Schneider-Kreuznach RHOdium Full Spectrum Neutral Density (FSND) filter series is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern 4K, 6K, and 8K digital sensors. While advanced sensors have reduced traditional IR leakage, they remain sensitive to the far-red and near-infrared spectrums. RHOdium filters provide a truly neutral solution by attenuating light evenly from the near ultra-violet through the full visible spectrum and into the near infra-red.

Advanced Laminated Construction

To ensure longevity and optical performance, Schneider-Kreuznach utilizes an extremely thin neutral density interlayer. This coating is laminated between two sheets of crystal-clear water-white glass, protecting the delicate ND layer from surface abrasions and environmental wear.
