Designed for professional use in the field, Sony XQD cards are shockproof, magnet-proof, and anti-static. They provide full performance under exposure to intense UV light, airport X-ray machines, and extreme temperatures. The recessed contact pins are protected from dust and electrostatic shock, ensuring reliable connectivity even in harsh conditions. Sony introduces QD-G120F(120GB) and QD-G240F(240GB) to the series, which are up to 5 times more drop resistant and 2.5 times more resistant to bend forces than the XQD standard.

Advanced Data Protection

Sony's intelligent controllers feature wear leveling, error correction code (ECC), and data refresh functions to maintain media health. Users can also download File Rescue software, which utilizes advanced algorithms to recover deleted RAW images, MOV files, and 4K XAVC-S video from Sony and Nikon devices.

Compatible with Sony PXW-FS7, PXW-FS7 II, PXW-Z100, FDR-AX1, and Nikon DSLRs. Note: PXW-FS7/FS7 II require a firmware update for full compatibility with QD-G120F/G240F. QD-G120F/G240F cannot be used with PXW-Z100. Transfer speeds are based on Sony internal testing and vary by host device and OS.
