When used with the SMAD-P5 MI shoe adaptor and compatible XDCAM camcorders, the system enables direct digital recording, bypassing unnecessary A/D and D/A conversion stages for ultra-low noise.

Effortless NFC SYNC Setup

The unique NFC SYNC function simplifies frequency coordination. By holding the NFC SYNC button on the URX-P40 receiver, it automatically scans for the best channel. Simply touch the receiver to the transmitter to transfer the frequency instantly. This is an essential feature for solo videographers who need to focus on the shoot rather than technical configuration.

Versatile Transmitter Options

This package includes the UTX-B40 bodypack transmitter and the UTX-P40 XLR plug-on transmitter. The UTX-P40 allows you to convert any standard handheld microphone into a wireless one and provides 48V phantom power for condenser mics. Both transmitters are approximately 20% smaller than previous generations, enhancing mobility in the field.
