The Sony UWP-D27 is a comprehensive wireless microphone package designed for professional on-camera interviews, live presentations, and broadcast applications. This kit includes two UTX-B40 bodypack transmitters, two ECM-V1BMP omni-directional lavalier microphones, and the URX-P41D 2-channel portable receiver, providing a complete solution for capturing high-quality audio from two subjects simultaneously.
Advanced Digital Audio Processing
Experience uncompromised sound quality through Sony's advanced digital audio processing technology. By utilizing an optional SMAD-P5 Multi Interface (MI) Shoe Adaptor, users can record direct digital audio with compatible Sony cameras, bypassing unnecessary A/D and D/A conversion stages for the purest signal possible.
Stable Reception and Easy Setup
The URX-P41D receiver features a true diversity system (for 1-channel use) and antenna diversity (for 2-channel use) to ensure stable, dropout-free reception even in challenging RF environments. Setting up is effortless thanks to the NFC SYNC feature, which allows for secure, near-instant channel pairing between transmitters and the receiver.
Seamless Camera Integration
When paired with the optional SMAD-P5 MI Shoe Adaptor, the UWP-D27 integrates perfectly with Sony camcorders and Alpha interchangeable lens cameras. Receiver status, including battery levels and RF strength, is displayed directly in the camera's viewfinder, while audio is routed without the need for external cables.
Backward Compatibility and Versatility
The system maintains backward compatibility with previous Sony UTX-B03, UTX-M03, and UTX-P03 models via IR sync. The URX-P41D also offers a variable output level control of ±12dB and a HIGH GAIN mode, making it compatible with a wide range of DSLR and mirrorless camera inputs.
