The Sony VENICE Extension System Mini (CBK-3621XS) is engineered to provide the uncompromising image quality of the VENICE 2 in a significantly smaller footprint. By integrating the 8.6K full-frame CMOS sensor directly into the camera head block, this system achieves a volume reduction of approximately 70% compared to the previous extension system, unlocking new levels of filmmaking freedom.

Experience the same 8.6K resolution and dynamic range as the flagship VENICE 2. This system is compatible with both VENICE 2 8K and 6K models (VENICE 2 V4.0 firmware is required), allowing 6K users to leverage the 8.6K sensor head. The inclusion of a drop-in ND filter system (Clear through 2.4) ensures rapid exposure adjustments directly at the head block.

Designed for Agility and Rigging Flexibility

Weighing just 0.54 kg with an E-mount, the compact head block is ideal for handheld, gimbal, and POV shooting. It features 15 built-in mounting holes and two assignable buttons for custom control. The built-in gyro sensor provides real-time tilt and level displays, while recording orientation data into the metadata for streamlined post-production.
