Steadicam axis & elite sled case, rigid soft wall

The Steadicam Elite is a next-generation lightweight sled system designed for operators who need medium payload capacity, smart ergonomics and integrated electronic stabilization control.

With a 30 lb / 14 kg maximum camera payload, the Elite allows operators to fly more complete cinema and broadcast camera builds without stripping the rig down to the bare minimum.

The sled features a rigid unibody top stage that improves torsional strength and helps reduce vibration transfer. Fine-adjust stage controls provide fast, precise balancing from the side of the stage, making camera setup and adjustment more efficient.

An integrated 3-axis Volt 3 gimbal with pan control transforms the sled from passive balance into active stabilization assistance. It helps maintain horizon during long takes and dynamic moves, while improving pan stability for tracking shots, whip pans and long-lens work.

The Elite supports selectable 12V / 24V power distribution at 8A with hot swap support, allowing operators to power modern camera builds without external adapters. Dual sliding and pivoting battery mounts help with dynamic balance and optimal monitor and battery positioning.

A universal yoke-style monitor mount supports different monitor sizes and viewing preferences, including 9x16 configurations. The system also includes a 2-stage carbon fibre post, balance weight kit, 1/2" gimbal handle post and an ultra secure docking bracket.

The Steadicam Elite is available as a sled-only configuration for operators integrating it into an existing Steadicam system, or as a complete Elite Kit. The full kit includes the Elite sled, lightweight vest, Steadicam G-50x arm with 1/2" post, arm bag, 7-inch SDI high-brightness monitor and a choice of Gold Mount or V-Mount battery configuration.
