This specialized filter allows cinematographers to achieve a distinct, softened look while maintaining the high-performance characteristics of their glass.

Tool-Free Magnetic Installation

The innovative magnetic rear-mount system ensures instant installation without the need for special tools or lens modifications. Each filter features an integral ring of 12 high-power magnets that align perfectly with the ARRI Signature lens holder. This design facilitates rapid changes on set and significantly reduces the weight of the camera rig by bypassing heavy front-mounted matte boxes.

Consistent Strength Across All Focal Lengths

Unlike traditional front-mounted filters, the rear-mount system provides a uniform effect regardless of focal length. When using the Glimmerglass 1/4 at the rear, you can maintain the same filter grade across an entire lens set.
