Vocas Base plate for Sony PMW-F5 & F55

15 mm Shoulder base plate to convert the Sony PMW-F5 / F55 into a shoulder mounted camera. The shoulder baseplate features an adjustable rubber shoulder pad, two standard rosettes and 15 mm front ánd rear bar rails, to mount any 15mm rail accessories. The shoulder baseplate provides comfortable and steady shooting. It can be mounted to VCT style plates, by mounting the included 'seperate dovetail plate' (0350-1010), or to any third party tripod plate, by mounting the included 'seperate flat base plate SHORT' (0350-1025). By using any of these two included plates, you can swap the PXW-FS7/PXW-FS7 mk II from shoulder to tripod in just a second. The weight of the shoulder base plate (only 600 grams, without bars) in combination with the flexibility of the adjustable shoulder pad, results in a perfect light weighted, comfortable and balanced solution for your PMW-F5 / F55. This kit includes the seperate dovetail plate (0350-1010), seperate flat base plate SHORT (0350-1025) and two sets of 15 mm bars (183 mm and 235 mm). This shoulder base plate can also be used as a spacer to use the BP-18 (0480-0018) 19 mm balance plate, for a 19 mm studio set-up. Optionally available is the 'seperate flat base plate' (0350-1020), which allows you to attach the base plate for Sony PMW-F5 / F55 to the BP-18 19mm balance plate, to provide a 19mm solution.
