Professional LPL Mount for RED DSMC2 Systems
The Wooden Camera ARRI LPL Mount for RED DSMC2 Cameras allows cinematographers to utilize ARRI LPL Signature Prime Lenses with RED DSMC2 BRAINs. Specifically designed for full frame, VistaVision sized sensors like the DSMC2 MONSTRO, this mount ensures high-quality optical performance across the entire sensor area.
Advanced Metadata and Connectivity
This mount features an external LDS-2 port. While not currently utilized, it is designed to connect to metadata recorders once external LDS-2 workflows are established. Additionally, with Signature Prime SUP 2.1, the integrated 4-pin data port provides access to Cooke /i metadata, streamlining post-production workflows.
Versatile Compatibility
Beyond full frame sensors, the ARRI LPL Mount is compatible with standard sensor size RED cameras and legacy systems, including:
- RED DSMC2 HELIUM, GEMINI, DRAGON-X, and RAVEN
- WEAPON HELIUM, EPIC-W HELIUM, and EPIC-W GEMINI
- SCARLET-W
- Original DSMC cameras: EPIC DRAGON, SCARLET DRAGON, and SCARLET MYSTERIUM-X
For added flexibility, the mount is compatible with ARRI's LPL to PL Adapter, allowing for seamless transitions between standard PL lenses and LPL glass.
