Professional Cinema Lens Integration

The Wooden Camera Canon RF Mount to ARRI LPL Mount Adapter enables the use of ARRI LPL Signature Prime lenses on Canon RF mount cameras, including the RED V-RAPTOR. This passive adapter is also compatible with other high-end LPL glass such as the Leica Thalia LPL series, providing a robust bridge between premium cinema optics and modern mirrorless mounts.

Stability and Support

Designed for demanding production environments, the adapter features a 1/4-20 threaded hole on the base. This allows for direct attachment to tripods or the vertical lens support on a Unified DSLR Cage, significantly reducing strain on the camera's native mount. An included LPL cap protects the sensor when no lens is attached, and a third tab is provided for standalone use outside of a cage system.

Precision Calibration and Shimming

Each adapter is factory-calibrated using professional collimation tools to ensure perfect flange focus. For custom adjustments, the mount is fully shimmable. By loosening six socket cap screws, users can insert color-coded shims to compensate for camera sensor variances. It is recommended to verify back focus with a wide lens at infinity or professional collimation equipment.

Versatile Compatibility

The adapter supports the ARRI LPL to PL Adapter, allowing for quick transitions between PL and LPL lens sets. Note that the LPL mount is passive and does not transmit electronic lens data to the camera body.
