The Wooden Camera Easy Top is a dedicated mounting solution designed specifically for RED DSMC2 camera bodies, including Monstro, Helium, Gemini, Weapon, Epic-W, Scarlet-W, and Raven. This robust top plate expands your camera's capabilities by providing essential mounting points and electronic interfaces without adding unnecessary bulk.

Versatile Accessory Mounting

Equipped with an array of 1/4-20 holes in RED spacing and 3/8-16 holes for larger accessories, the Easy Top ensures you can secure any piece of kit. It also features several ARRI standard accessory mounts, allowing for the use of anti-twist handles and arms. The plate attaches securely via four captured 1/4-20 screws, ensuring a rock-solid connection to the camera brain.

Advanced LCD/EVF Interfaces

This top plate includes two integrated LCD/EVF interfaces. One is positioned under the front portion of the plate, while the other is accessible via a tethered side attachment. These interfaces convert the camera's pogo pins into standard 16-pin LEMO compatible connectors. To improve cable routing, these connectors are designed to allow orientation adjustments in 45-degree increments.

Standardized Start/Stop Triggering

The Easy Top simplifies your workflow by converting the camera's non-standard internal interface into an ARRI standard 3-pin Fischer port. Located underneath the center of the plate, this interface allows you to use any standard ARRI trigger for remote start/stop functionality without requiring additional power.
