Integrated Lens Support System
Heavy cinema lenses require stability. This adapter includes a built-in support foot with a 1/4-20 threaded hole. When used with a Unified DSLR Cage, the included vertical support posts (Small, Medium, Large) connect directly to the cage's ARCA plate, transferring weight away from the camera mount to prevent damage or flexing.
Precision Shimming and Calibration
While factory-calibrated using collimation tools, the adapter is fully shimmable to account for camera sensor tolerances. By loosening six socket cap screws, users can add color-coded shims to adjust back focus. An ARRI PL port cap is included to protect the sensor when a lens is not mounted.
