The Wooden Camera Unified Baseplate is a versatile, professional-grade solution designed for high-end cinema cameras including the Sony Venice, Venice 2, Rialto, and Blackmagic URSA Mini series. This baseplate provides lightweight 15mm rod support at the industry-standard lens height, ensuring perfect alignment for matte boxes and follow focus systems.

Dual Quick Release Functionality

Engineered for speed on set, the Unified Baseplate features a unique dual quick-release system. Users can choose to release the camera while leaving the 15mm rods attached to the base, or remove the camera and rods together for handheld or gimbal transitions. The upper dovetail follows the ARCA Swiss standard, allowing for seamless integration with various third-party accessories and gimbals.

Versatile Mounting and Expansion

The bottom of the unit features a Lower Quick Dovetail equipped with 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 mounting points. This allows for direct attachment to ARRI standard bridgeplates or tripod plates. For shoulder-mounted configurations, it is fully compatible with the Unified VCT Wedge Plate and VCT-14 tripod systems, providing easy counterbalance adjustments.
