The Zacuto Sony FX6 Recoil Rig is a next-generation shoulder rig engineered specifically for the Sony FX6. Unlike traditional rigs that place the camera weight forward, the Recoil design shifts the balance point directly over your shoulder. By relocating focus, monitoring, and camera controls forward, this rig creates a shorter, lighter, and perfectly balanced setup for all-day handheld shooting.

Included Components

• VCT Pro Baseplate: Features a sliding top plate for quick camera removal and lens changes, a built-in curved shoulder pad, and a v-wedge tripod connector. Includes 6.5-inch extendable iris rods and multiple 1/4-20 mounting points.
• Sony Trigger Grip: Relocates the FX6 handgrip to a comfortable forward position. Offers single-handed 360-degree rotation via a simple trigger mechanism and adjustable arm length.
• FX6 Top Plate: Fits around the original Sony top handle. It includes two removable 15mm rod locks, a Z-Rail, and numerous 1/4-20 mounting holes for accessories.
• Sony FX6 Handle Mount: Converts the proprietary Sony handle mount into a quick-release 15mm rod port, allowing for 45-degree rotation and angling.
• LANC Extension Cable: A 13.5-inch cable to maintain full electronic control of the camera from the relocated handgrip.
