The AJA 12G-AM-R-ST is a high-performance 8-channel AES audio embedder/disembedder Mini-Converter designed for demanding 12G-SDI workflows. Supporting resolutions up to 4K/UltraHD at 60p, this model features an integrated ST Fiber Receiver SFP, enabling the reception of high-bandwidth signals over long distances with professional-grade reliability.

Versatile Audio Embedding and Disembedding

This converter offers exceptional flexibility for audio management in broadcast and post-production environments. AES audio disembedding is always active, providing four AES outputs. Audio embedding is user-selectable on a channel pair basis, allowing you to either pass 12G-SDI input audio or embed new AES audio from the included breakout cable. The 12G-AM-R-ST automatically detects and configures the input video standard for seamless operation.
