Blackmagic DeckLink IP 100G product description
High-Performance SMPTE 2110 IP Integration
The Blackmagic DeckLink IP 100G is a high-performance PCIe capture and playback card designed for seamless integration into 2110 IP-based broadcast systems. Featuring dual 100G Ethernet ports, it allows for the simultaneous handling of up to 8 channels of Ultra HD video. This card is the ideal solution for building broadcast graphics servers, virtual sets, or GPU-based AI image processing systems directly within a managed IP infrastructure.
Full SMPTE ST2110 Compliance
Engineered to meet the rigorous SMPTE ST2110 standard, the DeckLink IP 100G ensures precise transport and synchronization of video, audio, and ancillary data. It supports SMPTE-2110-20 uncompressed video, 2110-21 traffic shaping, 2110-30 audio, and 2110-40 for ancillary data. By utilizing a common PTP clock, all sources remain perfectly in sync across the network.
Advanced Hardware Security
To protect against vulnerabilities in IP networks, the DeckLink IP 100G utilizes internal frame buffers that act as a hardware firewall. The Ethernet ports are isolated from the host computer's operating system, ensuring that only video and audio data are processed. This architecture makes it impossible for rogue software or external threats to access the broadcast network through the card.
Uncompromised 10-Bit Video Quality
Supporting SD, HD, and Ultra HD formats up to 2160p60, the card maintains 10-bit uncompressed quality for pixel-perfect clones of original sources. For high-bandwidth Ultra HD workflows, the Blackmagic IP10 codec provides low-latency compression, allowing 2160p59.94 and 2160p60 video to fit within bandwidth limits while preserving professional visual standards.
Professional Software Compatibility
The DeckLink IP 100G is fully compatible with industry-leading software including DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Media Composer. It also supports streaming platforms like OBS and Wirecast. For custom requirements, a free developer SDK for Mac, Windows, and Linux provides low-level hardware control to build bespoke broadcast solutions.
