Vocas Flexible Camera Rig FCR-15 Advanced Kit

The Vocas Flexible Camera Rig FCR-15 Advanced Kit (0255-3010) is a complete rig solution for professional filmmakers using DSLR, solid-state, or compact cine cameras. This advanced kit includes the base FCR-15 rig (0350-3000), FCR-15 top handle (0350-3010), and the leather handgrip kit (0390-0002), offering exceptional modularity and comfort during handheld operation.

The FCR-15 features a height-adjustable 15 mm rod system and a highly adaptable shoulder pad mounted via a quick-lock extender on a vertical 19 mm rod. This design allows for a wide range of positioning, from shoulder setups to compact chest support, and even offset configurations. The shoulder pad's angle and distance can be finely adjusted, enabling optimal ergonomics for different shooting styles and camera types.

An integrated ARCA camera dovetail plate enables quick release and precise balancing from both the front and top of the rig. The FCR-15's front rods are height-adjustable, making the rig compatible with a wide range of camera bodies, including those with battery grips or top-mounted accessories.

The included FCR-15 top handle attaches securely to the vertical rod and can be adjusted left or right for custom balance. Its ergonomic, dual-bracket construction allows height and length adjustments. The top handle includes multiple 1/4” and 3/8” thread holes, two cold shoe mounts, and a built-in 15 mm hole for viewfinder adapters. A hex key is integrated for quick reconfiguration or compact transport.

The leather handgrip kit provides enhanced grip and stability for prolonged handheld shooting. An optional 15 mm clamping block (0350-2010) can be added to the rear for mounting batteries, recorders, or counterweights, enhancing balance and usability.
