Vocas Flexible Camera Rig FCR-15 Basic Kit

The Vocas Flexible Camera Rig FCR-15 Basic Kit includes the adjustable FCR-15 shoulder rig (0350-3000) and the leather handgrip kit short (0390-0003), offering a compact, lightweight and highly adjustable rig solution. This setup is ideal for DSLR, compact cine, and solid state cameras with top handles, especially when flexibility and balance are key.

The FCR-15 rig features a height-adjustable 15 mm rod system and an ARCA camera dovetail plate, providing quick-release and balancing options for a wide range of setups. The ARCA plate can be inserted from the front or top of the rig, making mounting fast and easy. The shoulder pad is mounted on a vertical 19 mm tube via a quick-lock lever, allowing for precise positioning, rotation and offset configurations for optimal comfort and usability.

Whether used directly underneath the rig for a traditional shoulder setup, or offset for better use of camera viewfinders or monitors, the FCR-15 adapts to your shooting style. The shoulder pad can also be positioned up to 100 mm backwards and angled to suit your body ergonomics. This level of adjustability makes the FCR-15 compatible with nearly all DSLR and cine cameras, with or without battery packs.

The rig's quick-lock system allows the user to collapse or reconfigure the rig in seconds, making it perfect for mobile productions and tight packing. The baseplate offers multiple 1/4" and 3/8" threaded holes to fit various tripod plates. Optional accessories, like the 15 mm rod clamping block (0350-2010), can be added to the rear of the rig for battery plates, recorders, counterweights or monitors. The leather handgrip kit ensures a steady, comfortable hold throughout long shooting days.
