The Wooden Camera Unified DSLR Cage (Medium) is a versatile, quick-release camera rig designed for medium-sized DSLR bodies. Its height-adjustable design ensures a perfect fit for industry-standard cameras like the Canon 5D series and Nikon D750, providing a secure foundation for professional video production.

Versatile Mounting and Ergonomics

The minimalist architecture features an open shoe mount area, allowing for unobstructed access to hot shoe accessories. Mounting points are strategically placed on the top and side, ensuring that vital camera controls on the right grip and left side remain fully accessible. The included reversible top handle can be repositioned over the lens for balanced operation, especially when using XLR adapters. It features a built-in cold shoe mount and a 15mm tube clamp compatible with UVF Mount kits.

Secure Connectivity and Quick Release

Integrated into the base is a Manfrotto quick-release dovetail, compatible with various Manfrotto tripod heads for seamless transitions between handheld and tripod setups. To protect your hardware, an HDMI cable clamp secures video cables against port damage. The base also includes a lens adapter support system, ideal for 1/4"-20 supported adapters from Metabones and Wooden Camera.
