The Wooden Camera Unified DSLR Cage (Medium) is a height-adjustable, quick-release solution designed for professional filmmakers. This minimalist cage provides a secure frame for medium-sized DSLR cameras while maintaining full access to vital controls on the right grip and left side. The open shoe mount design ensures that hot shoe accessories remain unobstructed during operation.

Versatile Mounting and Ergonomics

Equipped with a reversible top handle, this cage allows for optimal balance even when using XLR adapters. The handle features a built-in cold shoe mount and a 15mm tube clamp, perfect for attaching UVF Mount kits or electronic viewfinders. For compact storage, the handle folds down or can be reconfigured onto the vertical rod to serve as a secondary side grip.

Secure Connectivity and Support

Protect your hardware with the included HDMI cable clamp, which secures video cables to the vertical rod and prevents port damage. The base of the cage features a Manfrotto quick release dovetail, compatible with various tripod heads for seamless transitions. An integrated lens adapter support system provides stability for heavy glass when using Metabones or Wooden Camera PL Mount Pro adapters.
